Oh I just love this topic. It’s something I am very passionate about after training throughout all 3 of my pregnancies and having to get back into training after all 3 of my pregnancies. They have all been completely different journeys each and every time both during and after having my babes, and I feel that it’s something that doesn’t get talked about enough.
