I have been using what I call the 5 minute rule to motivate myself to get the things done that I say I don’t have time for or that I don’t want to do! It all started with reading an actual hard copy book again rather than just using audible. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE my audible episodes but my kids LOVE reading and I think that in order to set an example they should also still see me reading too. Jump on in and have a listen on how the 5 minute rule has helped me in so many ways 😊
