How are you finishing off 2021? I used to be the one to be heading out with a bunch of mates drinking and dancing all night, staying up until almost sun rise to see out the old year. Although I had a lot of fun times, I also woke up the next day feeling rather average and with not really much of a different outlook on how I was going to spend the following year. Over the past few years I’ve made some to changes and now instead of spending New Years partying hard, I spend it reflecting, journaling and setting new goals and challenges for the upcoming year.
