Do you ever try and escape your emotions? Like when you are feeling sad, stressed, anxious, depressed, lonely, angry, confused or any other type of yucky emotion, how do you deal with it? We are all human and having these "feelings" is part of being a human. How many of you feel bad for having these feelings? How many times have you had these feelings and asked yourself "What's wrong with me?". It is ok to not be ok!
